Shambala Preserve

What happened to the lions, tigers, leopards, cheetahs, mountain lions and elephants, that worked so hard to make the film ROAR?

Tippi Hedren still takes care of them, along with their offspring and many newcomers, at the Shambala Preserve in Acton, California. Tippi describes Shambala as “a meeting place of peace and harmony for all beings, animal and human.”

To sustain the high cost of providing a home for these animals, Tippi continues to raise funds through the Roar Foundation.

Visit the Shambala Preserve web site at www.shambala.org for details about overnight mini-safaris, three-hour afternoon tours, and much more.
